The Stratford Park Hotel & Golf Club

we had booked 2 rooms, initially as per the system allocation we got the rooms on different floors, we made a request to the Receptionist - Samantha if we could have two adjoining rooms and preferably with bath tubs in it. (my mum had been going on about have a long bath for the past week with her epsom salts and that she would be pampering herself) - Samantha - changed the rooms for us, giving us adjoining rooms and with bathtubs, we were really happy. Other than that the expectations were as we expected as my partner and I have stayed here before - so this was our second time.

We were a party of 6 staying in 4 rooms visiting for the Christmas Market. The reception girls were particularly friendly and very helpful both before and after our arrival. The rooms are lovely, very comfortable and exceptionally. We had evening meal in the restaurant and the staff and food was exceptional. As it is Christmas they were very accommodating as I wanted to dress the table with crackers and funny hats. They didn’t rush us. The bar staff were very friendly as we were playing games in the conservatory. This was our 2nd visit and we will return hopefully in the Summer again. Snehal Lakhani should be proud of all of his staff.

Beautiful location. Great looking golf course. Loads of parking. Lovely receptionist and waitress at evening meal. The male staff could learn from the ladies! Room was a lovely size. The bath plug needs a maintenance person to look at it. Very little gap for water to flow away. Breakfast was good. Value for money - perhaps not! I would recommend to anyone. A nice place to stay.

Staff warm, efficient, courteous, engaged. The surroundings (golf course, well managed, garden attractive in content and well maintained outside bar/lounge). Spacious bedroom, Extremely comfortable bed. Srupulously clean throughout

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We upgraded to a superior room, which I'd recommend, and this was spacious, clean and comfortable, overlooking the golf course. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a lovely patio area near the bar. It was really quiet at night, with no unnecessary outdoor lighting.
